Welcome to the Trailblaze Marketing website. These terms apply when you visit www.trailblaze.marketing, use our forms, book a conversation, or use the free tools on this site, such as the GrowthOS Score and the Instant Audit (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Trailblaze Inc., d/b/a Trailblaze Marketing ("Trailblaze," "we," "us").

By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What this page covers, and what it doesn't

These terms cover your use of the Site. They don't replace any agreement you sign with us for services. If you are a Trailblaze client, your services are governed by your signed agreement, and your use of any client platform we provide is governed by the separate terms you sign for it. If those documents and these terms conflict, your signed documents control.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful business and personal purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site in a way that breaks any law or anyone's rights
• try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other people's data
• probe, scan or test the security of the Site without our written permission
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, or upload malicious code
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to collect content or data from the Site, other than standard search engine indexing
• submit information that is false, misleading, or about someone else without their permission

We may suspend or block access to the Site if we believe these terms have been broken or to protect the Site and its users.

What you submit to us

When you fill out a form, book a conversation, or run one of our tools, you give us information such as your name, email, company and website. You confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We use it to respond to you and to provide what you asked for, as described in our Privacy Policy.

When you ask for a free tool such as the GrowthOS Score or the Instant Audit, you authorize us to look at the public information about the website or business you give us, and to use it to produce your results.

Please don't send us confidential or sensitive information through the Site's forms, including health information, payment card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers. We won't ask for these through the Site, and the Site is not designed to protect them.

Our content and intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, videos, frameworks, tools, scoring methods, and the design and code behind them, belongs to Trailblaze or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. "Trailblaze," "Trailblaze Marketing," the Modern Revenue Engine and the GrowthOS are ours.

You may view the Site and share links to it. You may print or save a copy of a page for your own use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell or create derivative works from the Site or its content, or use our names, logos or frameworks, without our written permission. Quoting a short excerpt with a clear credit and a link back to the source is fine.

Results from our tools

The GrowthOS Score, the Instant Audit and similar tools give you an assessment based on the information you provide and on public data. Results are estimates meant to start a useful conversation. They aren't a guarantee of any outcome, and they aren't legal, financial or other professional advice. Please verify anything important before you rely on it for a business decision.

AI-generated content

Parts of the Site and our tools use AI. AI can be wrong, even when it sounds confident. Our people review the work we deliver to clients, but AI-assisted content on the Site and tool results may contain errors or be out of date. You are responsible for how you use it. See our Responsible AI page for how we use AI.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites and services that we don't own or control. We aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. A link isn't an endorsement. Use them at your own risk.

No guarantee of results

Information on the Site describes our approach and services in general terms. Nothing on the Site is a promise of any particular business result. Results depend on many factors outside our control. Any engagement with us is described in a separate written agreement.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, Trailblaze disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Trailblaze and its owners, employees and contractors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or its tools. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

Changes to the Site and these terms

We may change, pause or remove any part of the Site at any time. We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the Site after that date, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the Site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right right away, we haven't given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
