AI is how we do our work, so how we use it matters. Trailblaze is a marketing-led growth firm. Our people lead the work, and the GrowthOS, the AI system we built ourselves, helps us do it faster and better. This page explains the commitments we make about how we use AI and how we handle your data.
People stay in charge
Our people approve every output. AI helps us research, analyze and draft, but a Trailblazer reviews the work before it reaches you or goes out under your name. We use AI to support human judgment, not to replace it.
AI can be wrong, even when it sounds sure. That is why a person checks the work, and why we ask you to check any figure before you rely on it for a major decision.
Your data stays yours
You own your data. We use it to do the work you hired us to do, and for nothing else.
- We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
- We don't use your data to train AI models. We only work with AI providers whose terms prohibit training on it.
- Access is limited to the people who need it, and it is logged.
Read-only by design
Where we connect to your systems, we read. We never change or delete anything in your systems. We never see or store your password.
How the GrowthOS protects your data
For clients on the GrowthOS, we go further:
- Each client's data is kept separate from every other client's.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Data is hosted in the United States.
- The system has had an independent third-party security review.
You see the full terms before anything is connected.
Honest about what AI can do
We don't promise outcomes, and we don't present estimates as certainties. Where a number comes from a connected system, it is only as good as that system. Where we estimate, we say so.
