Role Summary:

Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and digital marketing? We're looking for motivated and skilled professionals to join our team!

Team Trailblaze is looking to fill a full time digital marketing sales position to help us continue our growth. This role will be focused primarily on lead generation and sales support for all services provided by Trailblaze Marketing. Responsibilities:

 

Pre-Sale

  • Manage and nurture all incoming leads via the website, phone, referrals, etc. using HubSpot.
  • Qualify all leads through lead scoring and other tactics
  • Generate qualified leads on your own by leveraging a multitude of online and offline marketing tactics
  • Research opportunities, buyer personas, and/or industries to target
  • Prepare audits and discovery guides on prospects and any research prior to sales appointment
  • Attend events and conferences to represent Trailblaze, network and generate opportunities
  • Create initial quotes and estimates for projects and new opportunities that come in
  • Understand the prospects pain points and objectives/goals prior to sales appointment
  • Set up an in-person or virtual meeting with the prospect

 

Sale

  • Lead the creation and delivery of the sales presentation and necessary marketing collateral
  • Take notes and provide input when necessary in the appointment (you will be partnered with Sales Leader during meetings)
  • Develop and deliver a final proposal/contract using templates
  • Provide support in converting the prospect into a sale with or without a Sales Lead.
  • Provide all necessary follow up and move prospect through the pipeline

 

Post-Sale

  • Gather all signed contracts and necessary documents from new client and clearly outline next steps
  • Organize and deliver all necessary sales documents, notes, etc., to the account management team
  • Coordinate client handoff from sales to customer support team

Requirements:

Education: BS/BA degree (preferred)

Work Experience: 2 Years Experience in a B2B and/or B2C Sales related position (preferred)

Qualifications: Skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Strong digital marketing knowledge
  • Inside sales and outside sales experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B and B2C Sales
  • Customer relationship skills
  • Collaborative skills, working with the team and clients
  • Being a positive team member looking to help others
  • Experience with HubSpot is a strong plus
